Bob W joined Abode Worldwide in May 2023 with the overarching aim of communicating the company’s position as a brand that defines a new hospitality category within the industry. Other themes that needed to be communicated were Bob’s sustainability vision, the design credentials of Bob W’s properties, and the pioneering tech that the company has created to provide a digital front desk and contactless 24/7 customer support experience. An increase in general awareness of the brand was also essential as well as the opportunity to effectively communicate the company’s momentum and its significant growth to a European audience.
