Company Overview

ALTIDO was launched in 2019 through a merger of four leading European property managers, and today is one of the largest short-term rental management companies in Europe. Their portfolio bridges the gap between private accommodation and hotels, with over 2,500 properties and rooms in desirable urban and rural locations across the UK, Italy and Portugal.

In 2022, co-living company, DoveVivo, acquired ALTIDO to become the largest residential management platform in Europe. The deal brought clout in the form of capital, expertise and backing to ALTIDO to help it on its ambitious growth journey. Since then, ALTIDO has been actively growing and diversifying its inventory through acquisitions of smaller European property management companies.
