The Role
We are looking for a confident, driven and highly organised PR Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple client accounts, own relationships with senior executives, including C-suites, and deliver standout PR campaigns that drive reputation, visibility, and impact.
This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on variety, and can balance strategic thinking with creative execution. You’ll have the support of an Account Director, but will be expected to lead day-to-day client work and bring proactive ideas that move accounts forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day account management of multiple retained clients across hospitality, proptech, and modern living sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with clients’ business goals – from messaging and positioning to tactical ideas.
- Generate and deliver proactive PR ideas and campaigns, bringing creative input and fresh thinking to press releases, case studies, thought leadership, award entries, events, podcasts and webinars.
- Provide clear, confident strategic counsel to clients, including founders and C-suite executives.
- Build strong journalist relationships and secure meaningful media coverage.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and news to spot reactive opportunities and turn them into PR campaigns.
- Conduct research and basic data analysis to inform campaigns, measure impact, and support reporting.
- Track, analyse, and report on PR results using insights and data.
What we’re looking for
You’re proactive, creative, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You balance strong organisation with compelling storytelling and curiosity about the industries we serve.
You’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in a PR agency (or in-house comms) with a record of successful campaigns.
- Examples of creative campaigns, strong media coverage, or client wins that you have directly contributed to.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise across multiple clients
- Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail and an ability to adapt tone and style.
- Strong editorial judgement: able to find compelling hooks and industry angles – not just the obvious headline.
- Confidence in leading client calls, presenting ideas, and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with plenty of initiative.
- Curiosity about hospitality, travel, property, and technology – and a habit of keeping up with industry trends.
- The ability to quickly grasp technical subject matter and turn it into clear, engaging stories.
- Basic data analysis skills to support campaign development, measurement, and reporting.

It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience in B2B PR, ideally in tech, travel, hospitality, or property sectors.
- Established media relationships in business, technology, or travel press.
- Experience with PR tools and media monitoring tools, such as Muck Rack.
